Iron Outlaw, Grave Digger & More — Monster Truck Bodies
Monster truck bodies are exposed to some of the most extreme mechanical stress in motorsport — flying debris, full barrel rolls, end-over-end crashes, and direct ground contact at speed. The industry standard had always been: replace the body after each show. Theis changed that forever.
Theis Industries engineered custom molds, fabricated complete truck bodies using Theis Tekton composite chemistry, and backed every body with a 3-year warranty against scratches, dings, and dents. The results defied expectation: thirty years later, all original Theis bodies are still intact — and several are still running in active shows today.

Waste Management — 5,000 Dumpster Bodies
Theis Industries coated 5,000 commercial dumpster bodies with Theis Tekton for Waste Management. Tekton fully sealed each dumpster body to prevent leaking and unsightly messes — including complete resistance to the highly corrosive nature of decomposing milk and organic waste streams.
The Tekton coating held up under the continuous chemical assault without any failures, protecting the dumpster bodies and significantly extending asset service life — saving Waste Management substantial replacement and maintenance cost across the fleet.
NASCAR — 470 High-Impact Deflection Shields
Theis Industries manufactured 470 yellow, high-impact resistant deflection shields (front fascia) for the NASCAR safety program. Shields were required on every car in the race. Material testing was conducted by spinning samples in a centrifuge at approximately 40,000 RPM — then placing a 6-inch iron peg in the path of the spinning material.
Theis Tekton passed with flying colors: the material deformed on impact but remained intact and performed exactly as intended. The shields were delivered to the NASCAR safety organization and installed on every competing vehicle, with some shields painted to match car liveries while maintaining required safety performance. Designed to withstand crash impact forces approaching 440 mph.
